RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS
ATMEGNIV returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange cannot be offered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Personalised items are non-returnable.

If you would like to return something please email atmegniv@gmail.com for full instructions. Please subject your email ‘Return Request’.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS 
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. You will also be notified as to whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.  If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

EXCHANGES 
Items can only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email atmegniv@gmail.com

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account for a final time or contact your credit card company or bank as it can take some time for refunds to be acknowledged and processed. If you have tried all of this and still have not received your refund, please email atmegniv@gmail.com.

SALE ITEMS 
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
